Maximize and minimize buttons in title panes have bleed in hover mode #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run the Laffy demo in non-Mac mode.
2. mouse over the maximize and minimize buttons.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see only the moused over button's pixels change.
Instead I see a bit of bleed into the maximize button in the case of mousing 
over the minimize 
button, and I see a bit of bleed below in the case of mousing over the maximize 
button.
