Video freezing over time in VLC #1793

I am only seeing this with my WyzeCam2 cameras running DAFANG. Here is what VLC reports at startup:

-- logger module started -- main: Running vlc with the default interface. Use 'cvlc' to use vlc without interface. main error: buffer deadlock prevented gl: Initialized libplacebo v3.120.3 (API v120) glconv_vaapi_x11 error: vaCreateSurfaces: attribute not supported main error: video output creation failed main error: failed to create video output gl: Initialized libplacebo v3.120.3 (API v120) avcodec: Using NVIDIA VDPAU Driver Shared Library 470.74 Mon Sep 13 22:58:37 UTC 2021 for hardware decoding

At this point, all is working well for a random amount of time. Anywhere from a few seconds, or several hours. Then eventually the video will freeze and these errors are continually populating the log:

avcodec error: hardware acceleration picture allocation failed

I would guess this has more to do with VLC than DAFANG, or possibly even my Nvidia drivers. It was working fine up until a few months ago and nothing has been changed on my Wyze cameras.

FYI: This is on Fedora Linux v34
