Xiaofang - Flash to NAND rootfs from uboot

I have damaged the rootfs partition and it can't boot from root. I am able to boot from serial:

How could I flash the original Xiaofang to the camera

I know is something like this but not sure of the steps I should follow:

• Load file from mmc to address 0x82000000 fatload mmc 0 0x82000000 Xiaofang.bin --> I dont know where should I get this from
• Check if nand flash is available sf probe
• Erase flash at addr sf erase
• Flash the file sf write 0x82000000
