Merges refactoring/hyeon/#40/removeSellerinfo -> develop

• 공통
  • SellerInfoRepository 참고 삭제
  • SellerInfo를 User로 변경
• Order
  • ADMIN과 USER의 Controller 분리
  • JPQL 수정
  • Entity의 column을 buyer, seller로 수정
• Product
  • 생성자 의존성 주입 대신 @RequiredAllArgsConstructor 사용
