Python formatting Ci issue #16

Ci checker is reporting issues regarding app.py. Potentially due to the its lines containing two many characters.

I will format it in the same way Thomas has done it

Reformatting file using black fixes the issue but it persists after new python file creation. Will format all documents before submitting
