Add headless mode #31

By headless I mean without graphical interface. So Elios could be launch by commandline to start an artnet server and a HTTP interface.

For the moment I don't see the user needs for that, but it could be a nice idea... We have to define how to update settings in this mode...

I think about a guy who just want to use HTTP interface... so no need to launch a Swing UI....
