Find a way of define the current version only once #34

For the time, the version of Elios is written in the documentation, the installer, the ant script....

To ensure consistency and easily configuration, it is necessary to define the version only once.

It is possible to finish that for release 0.2 ?

seems to be possible, moreover not a blocking issue for release 0.2

I've done a first fix in 5b7825eb825c0133dabb052537187e79233d8814. This piece of configuration/code is operational but should be refactor.

Refactoring will be a 0.3 release task, so I close this issue
