more flexibility for ip address #67

hello thank you for this wonderfull tool. is it possible to have a better flexibility to select the ip address and network mask ?

If I remember correctly this fixed list of broadcast addresses comes from the protocol specification. I may be wrong, @jeremiegastonraoul what do you thing ?

Yes, it's in the protocol spec. We could add an option to authorize lazy IP config... @ssm2017 do you use a DmxKing device ? (I think they're addressed in 192.168.1.X by default...).

im not using a dmxking artnet device. i just thought about this idea because it can maybe be fine to have the possibility to use 192.x addresses and the most important is to be able to also broadcast xxx.xxx.255.255 and xxx.xxx.xxx.255 instead of only xxx.255.255.255 im not an artnet expert so this is just a supposition
