added German localization #38

But I use the CurseForge localization for the releases. It can be done here: https://legacy.curseforge.com/wow/addons/simple-addon-manager/localization. (There's an import option there where you can paste the lua code and it knows what to do. Just remember to select the right language! 😅)

Offtopic but one question: I saw I can use "/sam profile 'Profilename'" to load a profile. Using /sam Options it shows [Relaod Option] at the end. Can I add a relaod to a macro command or do I always have to confirm the prompt?

You can do /sam profile "profile name" reload and it will reload automatically. There's 3 options:
