Null coalescing instead ArrayHelper::getValue() #17

We can use null coalescing http://php.net/manual/ru/language.operators.comparison.php#language.operators.comparison.coalesce http://php.net/manual/ru/migration70.new-features.php#migration70.new-features.null-coalesce-op instead ArrayHelper::getValue().
