some ideas about changing honeycrm after viewing the honeycrm r77 screencast,

progress bar during server wakeup

dashboard screen should be the first thing the user sees:
my offerings
my open opportunities
my open tasks
…

relate fields need indication expressing that name resolving is still in 
progress / render detail view only when all information is available (no 
flickering)

client needs local cache for relate fields name resolution:
after a new item has been created the whole list view is refreshed (this should 
be avoided). this takes too long and especially the individual name resolution 
is annoying.

a relate field should not look exactly the same as a simple text field: it 
should somehow be indicated that this is a relate field
