in firefox 3.5.9 winxp only name and price fields of offering/service table are visible when adding services #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open existing offering, start editing
2. add service to existing services
3. a new service line is added but only name and price fields are displayed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
all columns are displayed for the added service
