list view pagination does not work yet #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a module and have a look at the list view
2. use the pagination toolbar
3. the earlier/later items are not displayed - pagination does not work at all.

the bikeshed example shows that it should work using gwt 2.1

fixed in r247 after enormous refactoring and switching to gwt 2.1M3. committed 
but still needs cleanup.
