Thank you for the great package. I've just started running the 'create_domino' step with my data, and it makes it through the 'Calculating feature enrichment by cluster' step, but it errors out when it starts with the "calculating correlations" step with this error message.
I assumed it had something to do with the cellphone db folder that I had set up, so I re-installed the four files using the curl commands from the read me that you provided. I double-checked that they were in fact in that folder and not empty or corrupt for any reason. I still got an error so I wasn't sure how to proceed. Any thoughts on what might be going on and how I should proceed? Thanks again!
