Feature Request: Automatically disable Rich Presence if EDMC is running but ED is not #32

I run EDMC in the background all the time to save time when switching games. It would be nice to have my status in Discord automatically remove itself when I'm not playing. If it isn't possible, I completely understand, but I would appreciate an explanation as to why (even if its just "i don't want to make it")
