Updates mold breaker to correctly bypass most new abilities, updates effectiveness preview to take mold breaker into account, updates mountaineer check in damage preview to correctly show an immunity, and updates the description of lead coat to correctly describe what it does.

Additional stuff here:

Fixes description on Nosferatu (recovers 1/2 damage, not 1/3)
Modifies Nosferatu to resolve after recoil damage
Fixes Juggernaut to not have special contact moves to use the user's attack stat (think this can only happen in randomizer, but it would've happened for draining kiss and petal dance)

Uploading files that I forgot to upload, fixing battle ui showing wrong type effectiveness for ground shock, and fixing bad dreams.
