Issue to restore whatsapp version #9

Hello,

After run whatsapp key/db extractor, had this issue:

Restoring WhatsApp 2.17.190 5996 KB/s (30187044 bytes in 4.916s) pkg: /data/local/tmp/com.whatsapp-1.apk Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_INSUFFICIENT_STORAGE]

Restore complete

Now I can't open whatsapp again, how can I fix this step?

[install_failed_version_downgrade] Like many other users

I am getting the following error

Installing legacy WhatsApp 2.11.431 5202 KB/s (18329558 bytes in 3.440s) Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_VERSION_DOWNGRADE]

Info: Phone: Xperia XZ F8332 Android 7.1.1 Build number 41.2.A.7.35

any details, any recommendations?

This post https://github.com/EliteAndroidApps/WhatsApp-Key-DB-Extractor/issues/10#issuecomment-386794491 offers a workaround if you can get hold of a spare Android 6 device to extract the key.
