Other engines include support for MP4 cutscenes with audio. These engines utilize code developed by PolybiusProxy and Brightfyre, which has several significant issues:
The code is not cross-platform. It does not function on any target other than Windows.
The code requires, as a dependency, a large unminified library provided by VLC Media Player, which significantly increases the size of the overall code output.
As a result, I am working on developing my own solution which solves both of the above problems. Support for MP4 video files MAY be considered in the future.
