Enhancement: Chord Animations #77

Characters can have animations for singing LEFT, UP, DOWN, and RIGHT, but what if they also had animations for UPLEFT, UPDOWN, UPRIGHT, LEFTDOWN, LEFTRIGHT, and DOWNRIGHT, for when two notes are being hit at the same time? That way you don't get that weird flickering animation thing.

oh and also if we plan on doing this we also have to do LEFTDOWNUP, DOWNUPRIGHT, LEFTDOWNRIGHT, and LEFTUPRIGHT. also one for LEFTDOWNRIGHTUP
