Will this be able to use a buffer and then to run in the app? Not outside of it? this extension can be a beast if will have it

What does "running outside the app" even mean

EDIT: The primary goal of this library is support for media playback for applications built on OpenFL, including but not limited to HaxeFlixel. This would enable rendering of video and audio within an existing application. Use cases include cutscenes and high-quality audio files.
