[ENHANCEMENT] Cleanup repository and port to Ammer #4

Porting from CFFI Legacy to Ammer will make the codebase more clean and less prone to typos. It also improves the library's ability to compile to other targets such as HashLink.

The Ha and C++ could use some formatting and logic cleanup as well (remove excess print calls)
