Update documentation #15 #18

This PR improves the documentation #15 by

Making a revision of both README.md
Being more specific about the details of the commands being defined in the examples/README.md
Putting the corresponding options aside to the configuration variable of the serverless.yml

It also works on #1 by adding some tests to check the basic functionalities of the plugins and makes the CI to run them.
