Issue with window borders and title bara on several apps. #295

Using the version downloaded on Feb 21st.

Certain windows are not drawing correctly: Nemo, Rhythmbox, and Minecraft launcher for example. Affected windows cannot be resized from the lower corners, only the upper.

Updating to Nvidia driver 550.54.14 solved the problem.
