xfce4-notify #323

There doesn't seem to be an entry for xfc4-notify so notifications are difficult to read.

Sure, in the notification options there is no Nordic setting. So I go with Default

Which shows up like this

My current workaround has been to copy the xfce4-notify folder from the Qogir-dark theme, but it doesn't quite fit with Nordic Darker.
