Flatpaks don't get icons applied. #489

Flatpak applications have their stock icons and the candy-icons don't apply on them. The normal system packages function normally. I am on Fedora 38 using KDE Plasma 5.27

yeah, this is definitely not something an icon theme can fix on its side
