Adding some apps icons, devices status icons, folder.icon responsive to system accent color, full set of folders icons and much more

Github doesn't show some gradients ðŸĪŠ, but they are there and they work

I haven't reviewed all your changes, but regarding to your last two commits if you want to add custom folder colors it would be better to open a pull request in sweet-folders repo, on the other hand the additions I've checked so far looks really good! and finally as a recommendation it would be better if you open different pull request for different changes you make so it will be easy for me to review and merge them.
