Style don't appear correctly

Hello I try to install the nordic theme, but most of the time, I don't view the correct theme. Example https://ibb.co/x6hgj1r

I'm in KDE manjaro. When I press ALT+F3, I see the correct beautiful color style behind. Please help me. Thanks

Same problem in Xubuntu LTS. Colors are displayed correctly only when dragging the Firefox window.
