The idea is that events are visible by default but are able to be turned off manually or during auto curation (future PR). This is because certain organizations are being scraped that also have irrelevant events. This PR is in preparation for LLM scrapers that will automatically curate the events and for curation mails where providers will be able to check weekly whether the added events are correct and relevant.
