Please!! Help! How to create characters? I understand that there is an extended database, but how to use it? How to create your own character?

You need to compile it in an art program like GIMP. I use Aseprite (this is far better when working with sprite assets and animations), but GIMP is free. Even Microsoft Paint might work as long as you don't accidentally mess up the colors.

A number of the same assets here are present there as well. OGA-BY allows assets to be freely exchanged with credits; a number of assets over there you'll see have Eliza credited as well for her work. Not everything has been added yet, though.

Perhaps at some point a generator can also be set up for LPC Revised. The ULPC uses different palettes from LPC Revised.
