Spoiler Logs / Race Mode #168

Add an option to dump spoiler logs to help players who get stuck. This should contain the location of each item and each spell. Using this option should advance the RNG so spoiler and non-spoiler races have different flags / hashes.

Additionally (potentially optionally), add an option for "race mode" which disables spoiler logs, as well as setting certain flags like remove flashing and turning on cropping boxes that should always be on for races.

No race mode for now. Will likely reintroduce it if there is demand from ZSR
