(4.4) Nabooru wizard has incorrect text / spell #198

When you have the water, you can get to the wizard in nabooru, but he says "come back when you are ready" instead of his proper text, and then gives you fairy spell (which should be in darunia) instead of the proper thunder spell.

Potentially related, darunia wizard also says come back when you are ready, but didn't do anything noticeable (probably gave fairy when I already had it)
