Currently the mip-python install isn't working. I believe this is related to mip-python issue https://github.com/coin-or/python-mip/issues/335 . And as per the fix suggested in this there using mip-python version 1.16rc0 appears to fix the install issue. Even though this is a pre-release I'd recommend specifying mip 1.16rc0 in the poetry install process, for now, just so the install runs smoothly, and we can update the requirement when mip 1.16 is released. Also, I was going to make this change in nempy, which pp_anaylsis depends on through nemed, so we'd need to keep consistent with nempy. Thoughts @dylanjmcconnell @EllieKallmier?
