create_hybrid_generation does not produce 'Contracted Energy' #6

create_hybrid_generation does not produce the 'Contracted Energy' column for some contracts types, this then causes the calculate_bill function to produce and error for these contract types.

Fixed! Added Contracted Energy traces to each df returned from create_hybrid_generation.
