Next step is getting more detailed annotations via SQLshare as I went over in class this week Upload the blast output to SQLshare and let me know if you have any question on how to join with the Swiss-prot info.

Is there any reason why I can't use galaxy? See this output

Galaxy is good! Just be sure to document / show

Used galaxy to seperate the pipes into tabs for the blastoutput4 and then joined with the swiss prot database. I sorted by evalues in ascending order.

So that someone else (or future you) could reproduce. Screenshots are good for this.
