Feature 18: Game conclusion conditions

Feature Description

The game needs a way to end.

• Words per round (3 per)
• Timing of rounds
• Ensuring that phrase are not repeated (can be chosen more than once)
• This will also require a leaderboard to be displayed at the (Maybe?)
  • Alternative is to show each user their position at the end
