Scaleway was excellent. I was originally thinking that OVHCloud was the primary option for Europe-based clouds, however the experience was so poor, I'd vote for Scaleway. Excellent app, fast, just works.
After some feedback, I moved the digitalocean folder to "digitalocean-doks", as that is the official acronym (not digitalocean-k8s).
