What is the proposed change?

Add a custom tonic example so people can try it directly from the npm site

What was the old behavior, if any?

Does not provide a default

Why will this be beneficial?

Allows consumers to try it out before they even have to install it.

How to create a custom tonic example:

Add to package.json "tonicExampleFilename": "tonic_example.js"
Add an example in tonic_example.js
The first example from the README would probably be a good one.

How to see if it works:

Publish the new version of mockolate
Goto https://tonicdev.com/npm/mockolate
Ensure the example shows up
