Constellations now include all lineages with >100 sequences (cov-spectrum.org), and each constellation includes nucleotide mutations present in >90% of sequences for that specific lineage, excluding deletions and insertions. These parameters can be changed in make_constellations.py, and applied by re-running this script followed by precompute.py before re-installing.
