Expected Behavior:

• The "About" section heading should be centered horizontally within the section on all screen sizes.
• The heading should maintain proper scaling and responsiveness, especially at smaller screen sizes (e.g., below 700px and at 380px width), while maintaining visual clarity and balance.

Actual Behavior:

• The heading appears off-center on larger screens.
• On smaller screens, the heading size and alignment are not optimized for readability and overall design consistency.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the website on different devices or resize the browser window to various screen sizes.
2. Navigate to the "About" section.
3. Observe the heading's alignment and responsiveness at different screen widths.

Suggested Fix:

• Adjust the CSS for the "About" section heading to ensure it is centered and scales properly across all screen sizes.
