[1.12.2] Phantom Breaker deleting RFTools Powercell's id card. #1350

Modpack: Enigmatica 2: Expert v1.82a AA: 1.12.2-r151 RFTools: 1.12-7.73

Issue: The Phantom Breaker is clearing all the data associated with the Powercell. It clears the owner, and the inventory inside, and any energy. How-ever the Auto-Breaker behaves as expected, it keeps the data associated with the Powercell after breaking the block.
