Issue Description

The following recipes are in conflict:

actuallyadditions:black_quartz_pillar_wall, actuallyadditions:black_quartz_wall actuallyadditions:black_quartz_pillar_stair, actuallyadditions:black_quartz_stair actuallyadditions:black_quartz_pillar_slab, actuallyadditions:black_quartz_slab

The regular black quartz wall/stair/slab recipes all require black quartz pillars to craft
