Just fixed the recipe to use grass instead of a grass block, that's it.

Please let me know if there's any like, best practices here, I'm kind of new to this whole thing. Or if this is just fine how I did it.

how does this grass thing KEEP. HAPPENING. Do they keep renaming it every version? what is going on?
