Fixed Copy to Table feature #13

Hello,

First, thank you very much for your plugin, I was looking for something like this, and it is working very well.

This fix is very simple, I changed two lines of code only to add a "|" character at the beginning of each row, and the same character at the end. This is because now, when you copy the table, it is not compatible with Advanced Tables plugin that I am using to add a Description column to each segment, I need to add that characters before be able to use some features like add a column.

I will keep an eye to the code and see if I am able to contribute with something else.
