IOS: CREATE ACCOUNT -> keyboard covers part of the input fields #19

When trying to create an account the keyboard covers the input views and you can't scroll the view, so it makes it a little annoying to enter the last field (knight name)

Moved the 3 UITextFields up in the view for them to not be covered by the Keyboard when it is displayed
