Von Mises Calving Law Solver #464

I wonder if there is a solver for the Von Mises calving law in Elmer/Ice

Not in the calving3D solver, no, because von Mises isn't physically based (it's just an easy tuning parameter that usually falls apart as soon as you move outside the observational range you've tuned it for).
