Loader uses .csproj name instead of output name #116

Imagine this scenario:

Project "Example Prediction" -> EPrediction.dll (output name)
Project "Cassiopeia Addon" -> references EPrediction.dll

Even if you add the cass and the EPrediction to the loader, it will never find it, as it's searching for "EPrediction" but only find "Example Prediction"
