Installer throws exception on every language but English #24

Reproduce:

  1. Download EloBuddy Installer
  2. Select any language but English
  3. Continue until .NET installation
Runtime Error (at 29:206):
Erreur interne : ExtractTemporaryFile: The file "" was not found.
