[UI - surveySelect] everything should be displayed at once #165

Instead of hiding the drop-downs of the not selected types displayed all the categories at once & make the page more compact to avoid confusion ("The text says I have to enter a group number & instance but there are no such inputs present").

The sub-headline / description text is inconsistent with other pages (in german) & needs to be rewritten.

@Elocien guck dir die Seite mal bitte etwas an falls du Zeit findest. Ich hab das auch anders gemacht als angefragt, aber ich glaube das hat so auch alle Probleme die hier vorher vorlagen gefixed.
