Ok, I had an idea I need to try.

Spray a thin surface 1mm with water repulsion product.
Cut the circuit in this surface
Put the surface in a conductive paint bucket
Let's dry, check the circuit and recover with a 0.1-0.5 mm surface on top.

If this work, it would allow to make very thin surface with sensitive circuit in it or resistance based circuit very quickly and easily for production project.
