Question: Could we use classic aluminium paper to do circuit board from CNC ? #20

I don't know what is the best between pro vs amateur.

But as my project it to aim production without dependence to industry. Could we use aluminum fold that we put between cardboard during the process of cutting with the CNC to build board?

Soldering aluminium to tin

I know both don't weld very well because the temperature and so need chemistry. Is there other ways ?
